Financial Aid
Our ability to give financial aid is tantamount to ensuring the success of the organization. Applying for financial aid will neither increase nor decrease your chances of getting into a program. We encourage you to ask for assistance if you need it. To ensure all those interested in participating in Girls Rock Camp Madison receive the opportunity to attend camp, we have an active financial aid program. No one is turned away due to lack of ability to pay tuition. Any camper can apply for Financial Aid, for partial or full tuition, for any session of Girls Rock Camp Madison.
Steps to apply for Financial Aid
Register for Girls Rock Camp Madison. You must do this to make sure a space is available for your camper. APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR CAMP. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. On the Review Cart & Check Out page, enter GRCFULL for full tuition or GRCPART for half off tuition in the Coupon code section and click Apply. This will bypass the required down payment so you can register and ensure a space for your camper. Continue through the rest of the registration all the way through until you see the Thank You! Your Transaction is Complete message.
The GRCFULL for full tuition and GRCPART codes will bypass the required down payment.
Check your email! You will receive a response within 1 week of applying for financial aid.
